We recently enjoyed a rustic holiday at a hotel on Squam Lake. The beachfront was a highlight for us, plenty of chairs to lounge in and a dock for the kids to swim and jump off. The Good-sized grills and picnic tables offered us great and informal moments. We appreciated the basic accommodation, our clean room consisted of 2 double beds, small fridge, small desk and a TV. We were happy to discover our TV had cable and a small screened-in porch with breathtaking views of the lake.
Despite the hotel being a great family-friendly option, we found some negative aspects during our stay. The lighting in our room was dim, and the TV channels were difficult to navigate.

Everything is what we need and want.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is simply breathtaking, with a direct view of the pristine lake. Being able to walk down to the beach and enjoy the brilliant lake right on our doorstep was a dream come true. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were also top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a lovely patio with garden furniture. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat.
Our experience at this hotel was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

The view of the lake from our room at Boulder Suites was absolutely breathtaking. We requested a quiet, picturesque location and they delivered. The screened-in porch added a nice touch to our stay.
The lighting in the room was a bit dim and we had trouble getting the TV to work properly. It turned on, but we couldn't figure out how to choose a channel.
